This course is designed for those students who are seeking the ADTRAN Technical Support Professional for Unified Communications (ATSP/UC) certification. The course will guide the student through system planning, design, installation, testing and use of NetVanta Unified Communications products in an environment that closely emulate real world conditions. Students will work in a functioning Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange mail server environment.

This training is aimed at establishing a broad set of core skills that will enable the student to successfully apply these skills in a wide range of customer application environments. Integrated lab exercises are included and are designed to reinforce the course content.
