• The optional GOBI 2000 mobile data card (available Q3) supports GSM- and CDMA- based 3G networks and also has integral GPS. Moving a vehicle from Verizon in one region to AT&T in another? The switch only requires a control panel setting and a swap of a SIM card.
• CANbus is the dominant vehicle on-board-diagnostic interface and Thor leads the way in the VMT market. Use CANbus to meet all your telematics needs.
• The outdoor display version has a light sensor that automatically changes the screen brightness for night driving or moving in and out of shade.

Future Proof

• The Thor VMC includes scalable features that put the enterprise in control of addressing future needs. Flash memory expansion is accomplished by placing any commercial off-the-shelf SD card in the SD slot. In addition, the user can add a defroster or change to a different keyboard type by simply replacing the front panel.
