Safety in Freight Without Sacrificing Productivity
Collaborative, autonomous mobile robots were created to operate with humans, and productivity should never come at the price of safety. All Fetch Robotics AMRs come with some of the industry’s most advanced safety features. Mapping, localization, obstacle avoidance, and object identification are all possible with 2D LiDAR scanners with a 25m range. Multiple 3D depth cameras provide enhanced robot vision to avoid dynamic impediments like as forklifts, pallet jacks, and humans on the ground and in the air. When these sensors are paired with our onboard safety software, the result is the first industrial AMR systems that meet the criteria of both the recently released ANSI / RIA R15.08 safety standard for mobile robots and the CE mark.
Freight500
Automated Pallet Mover with Maximum Flexibility and Agility
The Freight500 AMR automatically carries case goods and smaller palletized loads, increasing pick and putaway productivity by reducing manual travel typically done with a pallet jack or forklift. The Freight500’s 40-inch width allows it to fit through narrower spaces while still carrying weights of up to 500kg. With a maximum payload surface area of 1265mm x 838mm, the Freight500 can transport EUR6 pallets as well as other cases, cartons, totes, and bulky objects. The Freight500 robotic system also includes a quick charge mode that allows it to run for up to 9 hours on a single charge.

Automated Pallet Transport for Heavy-Duty Applications
The Freight1500 is the warehouse’s new workhorse, capable of autonomously delivering huge and heavy goods across your facility. Forklift operators may now devote more time to higher-value duties instead of wasting time on manned transit. Pallet transportation automation decreases traffic and accidents, resulting in a less crowded and safer warehouse environment. Freight1500 has a payload capacity of 1500kg and can carry a normal North American pallet size of 40′′x48′′. The patented design and built-in sensor technology of the Freight500 and Freight1500 enable the smoothest movement, resulting in class-leading safety and speeds.
